Our Experience
- Acting for Indigo Telecom (Australia) in various aspects of its business as a provider in Australia of Thuraya satellite mobile telecommunications and data services and a re-seller of terrestrial mobile GSM services. Our advice included negotiating the National Carrier Declaration (NCD) agreement between Indigo, Thuraya and Optus, dealing with the performance of licensed carrier responsibilities for Thuraya satellite network units in Australia. This is the first time ACMA has granted two NCDs to two licensed carriers for one satellite.
