Hospitality, Tourism and Gaming

Proud partner of Clubs QueenslandHopgoodGanim's combined strength in hospitality, tourism and gaming uniquely places us as a leading legal provider to the sector. We provide innovative and tailored advice to our clients to help them create strong, successful businesses.

Our lawyers work across a variety of disciplines including liquor and gaming licensing, dispute resolution, intellectual property, insolvency, planning and development, property and employment law. We are fortunate to have a non-legal consultant on our team who was previously, in a senior role with the Liquor Licensing Division, directly involved with the approval of licensing applications under the Liquor Act.

The advice we offer our clients combines sophisticated legal knowledge with real industry know how. HopgoodGanim acts for a diverse client base including major tourist operators, international and local hotel chains, sporting and other community clubs, wine producers and wholesalers, and property developers.

We have a detailed understanding of the issues faced in the development, licensing and operation of businesses in the hospitality sector, and this is what creates the pivotal HopgoodGanim difference.
