Advising Meridien on construction contracts for the large mixed-use Port of Airlie project, including 15 beachfront homes, 365 apartments, a 140-room hotel, a 240-berth marina, and a variety of restaurants and shops.

Advising BHP Billiton on all aspects of the development and early operation of the Port of Townsville port facility, including tenure and land acquisition, contracting, haulage, construction, power, establishing a rail head and rail haulage agreement, and developing a new offshore wharf.
