Our specialist team understands the need to apply timely and effective legal advice to the successful implementation of major projects. Our team is available to advise on risk identification and management, and the potential impact of risk before a project commences, as well as managing ongoing matters throughout the term of the project. The team was recommended in the latest Doyle's Guide to Queensland Construction Law.
We advise on and negotiate in relation to the construction of public infrastructure projects, mining and resources projects and all manner of property, tourism and mixed use developments across Australia. We focus on ensuring our clients (whether they be smaller subcontracting businesses or large project consortia participants) understand their project from start to finish ensuring the potential for costly and avoidable disputes is minimised.
Our team offer both front and back end experience to the construction, infrastructure and projects sectors including planning and environment advice, drafting and negotiation of contractual agreements, mediation, dispute resolution and litigation.
