With so many "green" property rating tools available, it can be difficult for beginners in this area to know the differences between each tool and decide is best for them. This seminar is tailored to those who have heard of Green Star and NABERS ratings but have wondered for some time what they actually mean and how they work.

This informative seminar will provide you with an overview of the Green Star and NABERS rating systems, and will touch on the UDIA's EnviroDevelopment standards. Presented by property and climate change lawyers Angie Coleman and Tammy Berghofer, this seminar will outline the "what, why, how and where to from here?" of each rating tool. Attendees will also learn practical tips for putting together documentation and contracts for projects that have or will have one or more of these rating certifications.

A light breakfast will be provided.
