HopgoodGanim's flexible work arrangements allow our employees to dedicate time to those personal, home life and charitable interests they may have outside of work. Our part-time and job share arrangements are designed on an individual basis to take into account varying circumstances, and we offer employees the opportunity to work from home where appropriate.
To assist our employees when they are away from the office on business, we provide remote access to the firm's email and IT systems. Senior practitioners are also given smartphones to help them communicate with and provide excellent service to their clients and colleagues.
