We are looking for a part-time Word Processing Operator to assist in the production of quality documents and precedents for our legal practitioners. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and working with three other operators in a pool, you will responsible for producing complex documents such as agreements, deeds, leases and letters on a daily basis.
To be successful in this position, you will have at least five years legal experience in a similar role, with exceptional technical skills.
The successful candidate will be an advanced user of Microsoft Office, with a minimum typing speed of 90 wpm and high attention to detail. You will have a strong understanding of document management systems and digital dictation.
We're looking for someone who has the ability to work to tight deadlines, has an eye for detail, and enjoys creating complex documents. You will be required to work three days per week - two of those days must be Wednesday and Thursday.
