We're looking for an innovative lawyer with outstanding technical skills to join our specialist Insurance team. Reporting directly to a Partner, the key responsibilities include:
- Defendant work for Workcover (approx 45% of work)
- Defendant work for Woolworths (approx 45% of work)
- General Insurance Work (approx 10% of work)
- Drafting of advices for clients
- Drafting liability and quantum advices
- Conduct of settlement conferences
To be successful in this role, you will be able to handle files autonomously under the supervision of a Partner. You will ideally have at least four years experience conducting workers compensation and insurance matters, acting for either claimants or defendants.
